Frequently asked questions.
Straight answers about how we work. If your question isn't here, ask us during a consultation.
Working with us
Do you guarantee approval?
No one honestly can. Payers, licensing authorities and accreditors make their own decisions. What we promise is careful, complete preparation, timely follow-up and accurate updates about where things stand.
Which states do you work in?
We work with clients across the United States. Requirements differ by state, payer and program, so we confirm the exact rules that apply to you before we quote.
How is pricing set?
Every engagement is quoted up front from a written scope. Government, payer and accreditor fees are listed separately from our fees, and nothing starts until the agreement is signed and the first invoice is paid.
Do you work with small practices?
Yes. We work with solo providers as well as groups and multi-site organizations, and scope the work to what you actually need.
Credentialing
How long does credentialing take?
It depends on the payer, product and state. Some payers decide within weeks, others take months. We give you each payer's typical range up front and report every change in status as it happens.
Which providers do you credential?
Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, counselors, dentists and other clinicians, as well as groups and organizations.
How will I know where my applications stand?
Every provider, payer and location is tracked as its own item, and we report each status change. Nothing is reported as approved until the payer's written decision is in hand.
Licensing and accreditation
Do you handle individual professional licenses for clinicians?
No. Our licensing service is for your business, agency, facility or program. We do verify clinicians' licenses as part of credentialing.
Can you help us open a new location?
Yes. A new site, branch or program usually needs its own licensing steps. We map them for your state before you commit and guide you through each one.
Are you an accrediting body?
No. We help you prepare for accreditors such as CARF and The Joint Commission. The accreditor makes the decision.
Billing and revenue cycle
Do you work in our billing system?
Yes. Your billing system and clearinghouse stay your system of record; we work inside them with access you grant.
Do you need a business associate agreement?
Yes. Any work involving patient health information starts only after a business associate agreement is signed.
Who makes coding decisions?
Your clinicians own clinical documentation and coding decisions. Our reviewers check codes against documentation and send questions back to your providers rather than guessing.
Secure links and privacy
How do I send you documents?
After we agree on scope, we email you a secure, private link for intake and uploads. Please don't send sensitive information through the contact form or ordinary email.
Is there a client portal or login?
No account is needed. Each request from us arrives as its own secure link by email, so you only ever see what that step needs.
Still have a question?
Share a few details and we'll follow up to talk through scope, timing and next steps. There's no obligation.
