Our process

From first conversation to final handoff.

Every engagement follows the same clear path, so you always know what's happening, what we need from you and what comes next.

  1. Request information

Use the consultation form to tell us who you are and what you need. Keep it general; we'll never ask for sensitive data here.

  2. Discovery and qualification

A short conversation to understand your organization, states, timeline and goals, and to confirm we're the right fit.

  3. Proposal and scope

A written proposal listing exactly what's included, what's excluded, what you'll provide, the timeline and the price.

  4. Agreement and initial payment

Once you accept, you'll sign the agreement and pay any initial invoice through secure links.

  5. Secure onboarding and intake

You receive a private link to a form that asks only for what your services need, with secure document upload.

  6. Review and correction

We review everything you send. If something's missing or needs fixing, you get a precise, narrow request — not a generic checklist.

  7. Service delivery

We prepare, quality-check, submit and follow up. Every external decision is recorded from the official notice.

  8. Updates and outstanding items

You hear from us when something changes or when we need something from you, with clear deadlines.

  9. Deliverables and closeout

You receive your final documents and a summary of what's complete, what's pending, and upcoming renewal dates.

No account required

Secure links instead of a client portal.

There's no password to remember. Each thing we need — a signature, an intake form, a document — arrives as its own private link by email. Links expire, can be revoked, and open only the one item they're for.
